Q: How do I get Evercredits?
A: If you register using a Credit or Debit card, you will receive 100 Evercredits. The site offers different ways to earn Evercredits, such as scoring big in the Mad Science Kids Club Games Arcade, starting or joining Loops, etc. Additional Evercredits can be purchased at any time.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. All transactions on the kids club including registration are SSL encrypted. Credit and Debit card numbers are not stored after use, we retain only a token for verification of future purchases.
Q: How do I purchase Evercredits?
A: Evercredits can be purchased in the Privacy Panel.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
Q: Once my child signs up, how long will it take for his/her account to be activated?
A: Access to certain sections of the site will be active immediately. However kids will not have access to communication tools, Loops or friend invites until a parent verifies the child's account.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Simple! Send an email to support@MadScienceKidsClub.com with the subject line "Cancel Mad Science Kids Club Membership." Include your username, your child's display name and your email address in the body of the email message, and we will cancel your account.
Q: What happens to my Evercredits when the membership is cancelled?
A: Sorry, Evercredits cannot be redeemed for cash value, and they are non-transferable.
Q: Can an Mad Science Kids Club membership be transferred to a younger sibling?
A: Sorry, memberships are non-transferable.
Q: What if I have more than one child?
A: The privacy panel allows you to manage up to six child accounts and you can allocate Evercredits to multiple siblings at the same time
